it's wednesday the 13th -- keep it to yourselves, but we'll be open sometime next week -- say, by friday the 22nd? no shit.
the equipment is all in & being hooked up -- the hood is about 99% complete. our health inspection is scheduled for monday the 18th. after that, we can prep & go.

OOOH! It would be SO deligtful if you all were to reopen by this weekend: my family is in town and they were nearly crushed to learn that you all were remodeling and we might not get to go this time!
Congrats Matt! I moved to Scottsdale, AZ to open a restaurant and I look forward to seeing you and the new space next time I am in town. Oh, and tell Todd I will return his book when I come, its only been four years!
